Rising 5th Grade thru 12th Grade
Camp will be divided into age divisions

About the Camp:

The 2010 Chicago Elite Lacrosse Day Camp will provide campers with a Top Notch East Coast Lacrosse Education.  The emphasis of the camp will be to increase the campers overall lacrosse knowledge (Lacrosse IQ).  Some of the best coaches in the country will teach your son individual and team skills and knowledge from the most respected college lacrosse programs.

Each participant will receive a reversible mesh jersey.

Skills that will be taught:

  • Correct stickwork
  • Proper technique for “Time and Room” and “On the Run” shooting
  • Powerful dodging
  • Individual defensive progression
  • Defensive footwork
  • Ground Balls
  • 1 v 1
  • 2 v 2 – Pick Play
  • Uneven situations
    1. 3 v 2
    2. 4 v 3 – Fast Break
    3. 5 v 4 – Transition
  • Settled Offense
    1. 6 v 6 – Half field and Full field
  • Riding
  • Clearing
  • The Goalie Lab – Focused on individual goalie form and communication

A Typical Day at Camp:

9:00am – 12:00pm

What to Bring:

Please bring a mouth guard, stick(s), helmet, gloves, pads, athletic supporter, shoes for indoor surfaces and outdoor cleats, a WATER BOTTLE, and a bag lunch.
